The ICSS Constitution contains the operating rules that the Council must follow. There is opportunity to amend the Constitution each year.

The ICSS Master Budget for the 2020-2021 fiscal year can be viewed here. This spreadsheet contains the updated budgets of all ICSS portfolios, clubs, and Innis-affiliated clubs.
