Please submit your expenditure information through this form to be reimbursed. Receipts are required for reimbursements, please attach a digital scan or photo of the receipt to this form. If you are unable to produce the required documentation, contact the Vice-President Finance to discuss options at

Paper expenditure forms will still be available to print from online and as paper copies in the ICSS office.

Drop by the ICSS office (room 107, past the Innis Café) any time between 10am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday! Here is a schedule of who will be in at what times – feel free to come in and say hi!

After many years of hard work and planning from students and admin alike, Innis College finally has a brand new printer for students to use! We’re pleased to offer the cheapest printing on campus at just 3 cents a page. More information regarding location and payment, as well as instructions for use can be found here.
